Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Yeezys shoes products. We are committed to providing high quality footwear and an exceptional customer experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return time: You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product. If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to accept return requests.

Item Condition: In order to be eligible for return, the item must be in unworn and original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.

Return process:

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and inform you of the detailed return process.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and review your returned item, we will process the refund and the refund will be credited back to your payment method. Please note that refund processing may take some time, depending on your payment method and your bank’s policies.

Exchange policy

Exchange time: You can apply for an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product. If you need to change the size or color, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

ITEM CONDITION: To be eligible for exchange, the item must be in unworn and original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Our customer service team will provide you with exchange authorization and inform you of the detailed exchange process.
Exchange Processing: Once we receive and review your exchange item, we will ship out the new item as soon as possible and provide tracking information.

Special case

If the goods you receive are defective or inconsistent with your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and we will assist you to solve the problem.

Please note that the returns and exchanges policy does not apply to the following situations:

Customized items or special orders, unless the item is defective.
Problems caused by improper use or damage to the product.
